PookiDevs Technologies LLC provides a 14-day “no questions asked” refund for new Subscription Plan purchases. Such refund shall be available for a period of fourteen (14) days from the end of the business day the Subscription Plan purchase was made; PookiDevs Technologies LLC may refuse to refund clients who act in bad faith or misused the services and/or the Content. 

Note: Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals.
